About the position

As our Compliance Engineer, you will be part of the Principal Engineering & Documentation Team, where your focus will be to analyse regulations, codes, and standards (RCS) for each region and country, to guide and define the most practical approval process, for getting the station on the marked and later taking it into operation.

You will be part of an Engineering Team dedicated to a product platform that includes several product variants. You will be in close contact with the entire Development & Engineering Department (D&E), sited in Lind near Herning close to the Highway.


  • Analyse marked RCS, when entering new regions or countries.
  • Analyse marked approval and commissioning requirements.
  • Have the overview of the different design Codes and Standers used for the hydrogen Fueling station.
  • Understand how the design follows the regulations eg. UL, Machinery Directive, PED, ASME, ATEX, EMC, Low voltage, Compressors, cooling etc.
  • Coordinate the collection of knowledge from the sub-business units, internal design engineers and 3rd parties regarding RCS.
  • Coordinate information to engineers in different departments about new or revised Regulations, Codes and Standards.
  • Participate in the first 3rd party approval process for new products and give inputs on how to integrate the learnings in design guidelines and the product development process.
  • Support the continues design approval process when peak load occurs.
  • Participate in relevant codes and standardization work groups when needed.

Required skills and abilities

Professional qualifications

  • Have a higher technical degree on Bachelor or Master level.
  • Have experience from a similar position in the Engineering field.
  • Read and understand complex codes and standards.
  • Be able to understand complex topics and communicated it in an easy way.
  • Speak and write English fluently.

experience and knowledge can influence on the product. The Principal Engineering & Documentation Team consists of 3 principal engineers and 1 documentation specialist, having the technical lead on the product platforms. Development and assembly of our Fueling products happens at Vejlevej which gives you an outstanding possibility to see the result of you work as an Engineer.
