Contract Manager / Backoffice Manager

Your objective is, through team management and a structured approach, to be guarantor for uniform and high-quality standardization, process alignment and governance in all cycles of contract management. With a confident approach you and your team drive and deliver on all pre- and post-order activities in a collaborate way with other departments such as the Corporate Legal Department, Management, Sales Managers, Product Management & Application Engineering.

You are fueled by efficient collaboration and knowledge-sharing at all levels and across the entire value-chain in Nel Hydrogen A/S. Also, you are able to translate strategy into specific actions and deliveries according to both responsibilities and tasks in your department. You take pride in developing the competencies in your team with the aim to maintain a truly high-success rate in our bidding process. To make all this happen, you have two highly skilled and motivated team members reporting to you, both located at Nel Hydrogen A/S in Herning. Contracting also includes Technical and Commercial Sales Support. You will report to Jens, who is Senior Director – Global Sales.
