About the position

If yes, please come join our Fueling Finance team. Today we are seven full time employees in the Finance team. We have fun when we go to work while continuously focusing on developing and improving our ways of working and interacting with each other and our stakeholders.


  • Follow-up on development and sales projects that has public funding/grants including providing input to external reporting and audits.
  • Business support to our Technology and Development & Engineering team (Analysis, business cases, KPIs, budget/forecasts)
  • Business support to our Service department both in Europe, US, and Korea (analysis, budget/forecast, reporting, KPI’s)
  • Develop processes for data gathering for companywide KPIs used by management
  • Participate in budget/forecast preparation, follow-up, monthly reporting to parent company as well as annual closing and audit.
  • Ongoing focus on optimization and/or implementation of business processes, including implementing Business Intelligence tools.


Required skills and abilities

  • have several years of experience as a Controller, Auditor, or other relevant experience.
  • have a relevant theoretical education such as HD-R, HA, Cand.merc. or similar.
  • have a solid practical experience and a proven toolbox within controlling, monthly reporting, and business analysis.
  • have an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools and Navision is an advantage.
  • have experience from working with or auditing an international manufacturing or project-based company.
  • being fluently in English; verbally and in writing.
