An immediate opportunity exists for a qualified candidate with demonstrated project management experience and a proven track record with managing complex projects related to automation of precision manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be excited about automation of assembly and material conversion processes and take pride in deploying automated systems from the initial project kickoff through the achievement of fully autonomous operations. The Project Manager will lead deployment projects by coordinating activities with site management, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. They will be responsible for establishing project plans, managing the project, reporting on project status, and resolving issues. The candidate will balance business needs with technical constraints, striving to find the right solution for each process while maintaining a strong focus on standards, scalability, and supportability. The role will require a strong blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, commissioning, and validation of automation solutions.
