Green hydrogen is truly the fuel of the zero-emission society, and our employees are the fuel of our organization. Nel is looking for candidates who want to be a part of the green transition and have the right skills and experience for our available jobs.

All of our positions are advertised at and applications are received only online. To make sure that we can fully process your application, please attach all requested documents. When we have received your application, the process consists of the following steps:
  1. When you have sent your online application, you will immediately receive an email confirming that we have received your application.
  2. On the closing date, the recruiter will handle the applications.
  3. After screening candidates, we will invite candidates for the first round of interviews.
  4. You will be informed by the recruiter of your next steps and any tests you may be required to take.
  5. After testing we invite for a second round of interviews to get to know each other better.
  6. Before final selection we will carry out a mandatory reference check.
  7. The selected candidate will receive a job offer and the candidates who are not chosen will also be notified.

Our company language is English, so it is required to be fluent in English and preferably a second working language.
